What is FireHub?

FireHub is a specialised fire risk assessment app which allows you to complete your fire risk assessments quickly and easily, onsite, via a tablet.

Will my client database be secure?

If you purchase the FireHub platform it will be completely secure for you and your company. Your fire risk assessments, client details and database are stored safely and controlled by you.

Will FireHub work on my mobile phone?

The FireHub is only suitable for tablets however scheduling assessments, reviewing and liaising with clients can be done on the online portal.

Is the app compatible with Android and iOS?

Yes, the app is compatible for either Android or iOS tablets.

I would like to buy the app for my company, are the questions and answers editable?

Both your logo and the client logo can be included on the app and fire risk assessments. The questions and answers can be replaced with your own bespoke responses.

Does it use PAS-79 methodology?

We use the PAS-79 and the pre-populated answers are commonly used responses based on this methodology.

Can I use it without internet access/Wi-Fi?

Yes, the reports can be completed within the app on a tablet and uploaded at a later date. Full training will be available upon purchasing the app.

Can I manage multiple sites for the same customer?

Yes. FireHub is large enough to manage multiple sites and the client can monitor the sites through the clear dashboard.

Can the questions and answers be edited?

The questions and answers can be replaced with your own bespoke responses. All you need to do is send through the amendments and we can make the changes for you. Both your logo and the client logo can be included on the app and fire risk assessments.
